73: Dot wall hanging

I keep liking these paint chip style wall hangings I've seen, though the hubby doesn't like the idea of a chandelier/mobile. I adapted a few ideas to make this cute wall hanging. Also, instead of stealing a ton of paint chips, I bought a scrapbook punch and a few scrapbook sheets in colors I liked and got punching!
