2: Washer ribbon necklace

I don't have much experience with jewelry making (yet!), but I thought
this was a basic but pretty idea that even I could manage. 18 washers
and a ribbon I had hanging around (might try with a solid color ribbon
next). Turned out pretty well. Might work with a plain tee?
