119: Baby sling

Given that we'll be taking lots of quick walks with our pups, getting a good baby carrier was high on our must-have list. We are excited to try out our Pikkolo, though I thought it would be nice to have a sling option as well, and luckily there were lots of good patterns available online. Learned some new triple-stitching options also (these stitches need to be strong!). No baby to model thus yet, but you get the idea :)

118: Post-delivery frozen meals

In an effort to be prepared for post-baby time, I took an afternoon to whip up a bunch of meals to freeze. I haven't tried any of them yet, but they were fairly easy to put together. Here are links to the meals I made:

117: Baby headband organizer

This is a temporary fix until I get back to my crafts, but a hanger and some clips seems like it'll work for a few months!

116: Pregnancy belly progress

This one took a little planning, but was pretty fun to put together in the end. It's amazing what the body does to accommodate a growing baby! I included various timely objects in each picture (grape to show the size of the baby, ultrasound pictures, gender reveal, baby shower invitations, etc.).

115: Baby headband #7

This one is a good reminder that headbands don't have to be complicated (or take a lot of work). I cut a strip of extra stretchy fabric, then tied it in a knot. So basic! This reminds me that these headbands are just accessories, the baby will be the real draw!

114: Baby headband #6

Bows can be just as cute as flowers on headbands. Also, very easy to put together. If I get some extra minutes, I might make a bunch of these (great use of all those leftover hems from old t-shirt projects!).

113: Baby headband #5

This was one of my favorite of the headbands I made, hopefully it'll look cute in pictures down the road! :)
